Product Description
The LOUSOL 10' x 12' Aluminum Louvered Pergola Kit is a heavy-duty outdoor structure designed for adjustable shade, airflow, and rain protection. Its high-grade extruded aluminum frame is powder coated for outdoor durability, while the manual louvers rotate up to 135° so you can open the roof for sunlight and ventilation or close it for shelter.
The kit arrives pre-cut and factory-drilled for straightforward assembly. When the louvers are closed, the integrated drainage system channels rainwater through the support posts to help keep the covered area protected.
Base price: $9,950 CAD. Motorized louver operation, LED lighting, and ZIP screens are optional upgrades and are not included in the base price.

Installation & Local Requirements
The pergola should be installed on a solid, level surface and securely anchored using hardware appropriate for the installation substrate. Anchoring bolts are not included. Buyers are responsible for confirming local permit, zoning, engineering, wind-load, snow-load, and building-code requirements before purchase and installation. Manufacturer test ratings do not replace site-specific engineering or local code requirements.

Each ZIP screen covers one side of the pergola, so customers can add only the sides they need or enclose all four sides.
ZIP Screen Operation & Colour Options
ZIP screens are manually operated with an easy-turn hand crank — just a few turns to open or close, no electricity needed.
Screens are available in five colours: Graphite Black, Natural, Sea Lion, Gray Pepper, and Frost White. Colour does not affect pricing. Let us know your preferred colour in the order notes at checkout, or contact us before ordering.
The 10' x 12' pergola kit ships in approximately 1 week. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery postal code and the size and weight of the items in your cart. Remote or isolated postal codes may include a surcharge.
After the shipment leaves the warehouse, estimated transit time is about 3 business days to Ontario, 5 business days to Nova Scotia, and 8 business days to British Columbia. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we will confirm timing.
Orders ship across Canada by LTL freight carrier with curbside delivery only: the driver brings the shipment to your address but is not responsible for unloading it. Because the shipment is large and heavy, two or more people should be available to receive the packages and move them to a safe location. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Warranty
LOUSOL provides a 10-year warranty on the aluminum parts, extrusions, and structure. Optional ZIP screens are covered for 5 years, while motorization, electronic components, and LED lighting are covered for 2 years. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
