Overall I’m happy with it. Ordering was easy and communication was good. My only suggestion would be to make shipping information more noticeable on the product page because that was one of the first things I wanted to know.

Found the store through Google while researching louvered pergolas. I actually read a few of the guides before looking at the products. They answered most of the questions I had about aluminum, snow and manual vs. motorized roofs.

Delivery took a little longer than I initially expected, but communication was good and I knew what was happening. That made a big difference. Product arrived in good condition.

The quality was better than I expected from the photos. Everything feels substantial once it’s set up. Instructions could have been organized a little better, but the finished pergola looks great.

I try to buy Canadian when it makes sense, so seeing Canadian-made options was a plus for me. That wasn’t the only reason I bought, but it definitely helped. The site also felt much more specialized than some of the big-box stores I was comparing.

Customer service was solid. I emailed with a question about delivery and got a clear answer the same day. I would have liked a little more detail on assembly before ordering, but overall the process was straightforward.

I came across the store while looking for Canadian pergola options. What stood out was that it didn’t feel like a giant marketplace with 500 random products. The selection felt more focused.

Website looks clean and was easy to use on my phone. Checkout was simple. A couple of the product photos took a second to load for me, but otherwise no issues.

Was happy to find a Canadian company selling this type of outdoor structure. I had been looking at U.S. sites and didn’t really want to deal with cross-border shipping and surprises. Nice to have another option here.

I had quite a few questions before buying and probably sent more emails than I needed to. Nathan was patient and didn’t make me feel like I was being pushed into ordering. That mattered more to me than getting the absolute lowest price.

The buying guide on pergola materials was actually useful. I originally thought I wanted wood and ended up looking more seriously at aluminum after reading through the maintenance differences. Some of the articles are a bit long, but the information is good.

The thing I appreciated most was getting a straight answer when they weren’t 100% sure about a technical question. They checked with the manufacturer instead of guessing and got back to me. I’d rather wait for the right answer than get a fast wrong one.

Good overall experience. The site was easy to navigate and I found the size I was looking for pretty quickly. I do think having more customer installation photos would make choosing easier.

I was nervous ordering something this expensive online, so I called first. The conversation felt normal, not like a sales pitch. They explained how the order and manufacturer shipping worked and I felt a lot better after that.
