The pergola should be installed on a solid, level surface and securely anchored using hardware appropriate for the installation substrate. Anchoring bolts are not included. Buyers are responsible for confirming local permit, zoning, engineering, wind-load, snow-load, and building-code requirements before purchase and installation. Manufacturer test ratings do not replace site-specific engineering or local code requirements.

Each ZIP screen covers one side of the pergola, so customers can add only the sides they need or enclose all four sides.
The manufacturer currently indicates that the 10' x 12' pergola kit ships in approximately 1 week. Delivery typically takes about 3–12 business days depending on destination and is completed by scheduled curbside drop-off. Because the shipment is large and heavy, two or more people should be available to receive the packages and move them to a safe location.
Warranty
LOUSOL provides a 10-year warranty on the aluminum parts, extrusions, and structure. Optional ZIP screens are covered for 5 years, while motorization, electronic components, and LED lighting are covered for 2 years. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
