Product Description
The TMG-MSE3040-SR35 Snow Series steel building delivers 1,200 sq ft of interior space for heavy-duty workshops, agricultural operations and industrial storage. It is rated for a 35 PSF (1.68 kPa) snow load and includes stamped engineering drawings from a licensed Canadian structural engineer.
A 14'9" peak and 9'4" eave leave clearance for vehicle lifts and pallet racking. A hot-dip galvanized frame with 27 GA steel panels creates a weather-tight building, with two 10' wide double front doors, a side entry door and three windows. For planning help, see our size planning guide.

Installation & Local Requirements
Install on a concrete slab, solid wood platform or equivalent foundation, anchored with sleeve anchor bolts; adding plywood lining is recommended. A building this size will usually need a building permit, so check local bylaws first; our permit guide explains the basics. Load report and engineering drawings are available on request.
Shipping Information
Ships free to most locations in Canada. Estimated delivery is 8 to 12 weeks. The building ships in 3 wooden crates (about 6,095 lb total), and a forklift or equivalent is required to unload the order.
