The Barrington 24' x 12' Carport/Gazebo combines a substantial cedar frame with a heavy-duty galvanized steel roof to create a versatile all-season structure for vehicle protection, outdoor entertaining, dining, and covered backyard living.

Built from 100% cedar with robust 6" x 6" posts, powder-coated steel hardware, and a Tudor Brown 29-gauge galvanized steel hip roof, the Barrington is engineered for demanding outdoor conditions while maintaining a warm, residential look.

Installation

The kit arrives pre-cut, pre-drilled, and pre-stained for on-site assembly. Guided 3D instructions are available through the BILT® app. The structure must be securely anchored according to the manufacturer instructions. Depending on local conditions and the owner's manual, additional wood sealant may be required.

Shipping Information

Large-item delivery is completed by truck. Typical transit estimates are approximately 7–10 business days within Ontario and 10–17 business days to many destinations east or west of Ontario. Delivery timing can vary by destination and carrier availability; Yukon and Northwest Territories are currently excluded.

Warranty

Backyard Discovery provides a 5-year limited warranty for this structure, subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms, installation requirements, and exclusions.
