Midtown Modular 10' x 10' Pergola — Terylast or Sunbrella Canopy

Product Description

The Midtown Modular 10' x 10' Pergola is a commercial-grade, wind-resistant pergola with a durable frame and a fabric canopy in your choice of Terylast or Sunbrella. Start with a single 10' x 10' unit, or link units together in any direction to cover as much space as you need, with double, triple, L-shape, and U-shape configurations available.

Designed, assembled, and shipped from Canada, it suits homes, patios, restaurants, and hotels. A magnetic strap holds the canopy open, an air-vented top keeps air moving, and the anchor and mounting kit is included so you can fasten it to wood or concrete.

Key Features

• Modular design: Link units in any direction to build the layout you need.
• Frame choice: Choose an aluminum or wood frame.
• Terylast or Sunbrella canopy: Both are solution-dyed and highly water and mold resistant. Choose from red, blue, green, black, yellow, brown, or white in either material.
• Magnetic open and close strap: A magnet holds the canopy open and a strap secures it closed.
• Air-vented top: Helps airflow and reduces wind load on the canopy.
• Wind-resistant design: Engineered to stand up to strong winds.
• Anchor and mounting kit included: Screws provided to fasten to wood or concrete.

Terylast vs. Sunbrella: Which Canopy Material Is Right for You?

Both fabrics are solution-dyed, built for outdoor use, and come in the same seven colours, so the choice comes down to feel, weight, warranty, and budget. Terylast is the lighter, better-value option. Sunbrella is the thicker, premium-feel option and costs $200 more per unit.
