The Midtown Yacht Cleat is a hotel-grade market umbrella built on a solid 2" aluminum mast, with a smooth yacht-style pulley that locks automatically when the canopy is fully open. Pull the cord to open, release the lock to close, and guide it down with no crank to wind.
The canopy is Sunbrella, a solution-dyed, waterproof and UV-resistant fabric, available in 15 colours. Choose an 8.5ft or 10ft square size, one of three frame finishes, and your canopy colour, made to resort and restaurant standards for daily use.

Market Anchor Base Plate, For Wood Decks (+$249.99): A low-profile steel plate that bolts permanently to a wood deck, with screws included. Compatible with Midtown market umbrellas including the Yacht Cleat.
Market Anchor Base Plate, For Concrete (+$249.99): The same plate for concrete patios, with concrete screws included.
Both plates are a permanent installation, and professional installation is recommended.

Shipping Information
Ships from Canada. Orders typically leave the warehouse within about 24 hours of processing, and delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days after that. Bases may ship separately from the umbrella.
Warranty
The frame is covered by a 10-year limited warranty and the Sunbrella fabric by a 5-year limited warranty. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
